Terms for vendors and suppliers listing educational products and services to schools through the TeachConnect procurement marketplace.
These terms apply to vendors and suppliers who register to list educational products or services to schools through the TeachConnect procurement marketplace.
All product listings, company information, and pricing must be accurate and current. Products and services must meet applicable Nigerian standards. Misleading listings or substandard goods may lead to suspension.
Accepted orders must be fulfilled within the agreed timeline. Prices are shown in Naira and must include applicable taxes, with no hidden charges. Repeated delivery failures may lead to listing deactivation.
A platform fee applies to marketplace orders to cover payment processing, dispute support, and marketplace operation. Applicable fees are shown before you accept an order or lead.
Order disputes should be reported within a reasonable window of delivery. Vendors must accept returns of defective goods in line with the marketplace rules. TeachConnect mediates disputes but is not the seller of vendor products and is not liable for their quality.
Vendors must deal fairly, avoid collusion or bid manipulation, keep account credentials private, and use buyer contact details only to fulfil orders. TeachConnect may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for breach of these terms.
