  1. Lead Definition: A "lead" is a qualified procurement inquiry from a school, including the school name, category, item requirements, quantity, and budget range.
  2. Fee Structure: Lead fees vary by category and are displayed before you accept a lead. Fees are charged when the lead is delivered, regardless of conversion outcome.
  3. Refund Policy: Lead fees are non-refundable except in cases of: duplicate leads, leads with invalid contact information, or leads from non-verified schools.
  4. Sponsored Listings: Featured and Spotlight sponsorship tiers provide priority placement in school procurement searches. Sponsorship fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  5. Billing: Lead fees and sponsorship charges are deducted from the supplier's advertising balance. Suppliers must maintain a positive balance to continue receiving leads.
